Keyboardist and N'Somnia member passes away Tues NOV 13, 07'.

Friends of Rick Majni, This is to let you know that Rick Majni passed away early this morning of complications from a massive heart attack he suffered a year ago. He was a fighter and hung on dearly to life. He was a gentle soul. He didn’t have much to his name except his friends. The service we hold will be small and remote as we scatter his ashes on a ranch in west Texas. Peace, -Tim Majni

Richard Warren Majni passed away this morning. He was the epitome of a good man and a great musician and friend to us all. Be sure to send out a prayer for him. We will attempt a memorial for Rick on Sun Nov 25th from 3pm thru the evening at Charlie Brown's Neighborhood Bar and Grill -11888 Starcrest. He had many friends who will miss him and for me, he was the epitome of a human being. He embraced any person without judgement. Truly a gifted musician's musician. He had more talent in his little finger than most us in a lifetime. He had a familiar humor and I'll never forget his laugh. Send a prayer out to the universe for my brother. He's jamming with some greats. I will be sending my input, hopefully elucidate some facts about growing up with Rick thru the Heyoka years all the way up to playing with us in Medicine Men thru the 90's and N'SOMNIA up to last November. _Val Mora
